André Castaybert Speaks on Trademark Law for the Non-IP Attorney

March 26, 2015 – Andre Castaybert participated in a panel discussion on Trademark Law for the Non-IP Attorney on March 26, 2015, along with Stephanie Furgang Adwar, of Furgang and Adwar LLP. Sponsored by the New York City Bar Association Committee on Trademarks and Unfair Competition, the program was designed to educate and update attorneys in the areas of trademark and unfair competition law, and intellectual property issues in the digital age. Castaybert and Furgang, both experienced trademark attorneys, covered basic principles of the trademark and unfair competition law under the Lanham Act, as well as Practice and Procedure before the Trademark Office. The discussion was moderated by Michael D. Steger, of Steger Krane LLP.
