Category: Commercial Litigation

September, 18,2014 – André Castaybert attended the French-American Chamber of Commerce Foundation Gala in support of the Serge Bellanger French-American MBA Student Scholarship Program.  Over 270 of the most prominent leaders in New York’s French-American business community gathered at Tribeca Rooftop in Manhattan to help finance the training and education of the next generation of French-American business leaders.

This year’s scholarships were awarded to eight MBA students to study at some of the most prominent universities in France and the U.S., including Harvard Business School, HEC Paris, MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Columbia Business School and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

The 2014 Gala Guest of Honor was Laurent Claquin, head of Kering Americas, the parent company of 22 leading global luxury and sport and lifestyle brands.  Mr. Claquin highlighted the importance of empowering youth, drawing parallels between the mission of the FACC Foundation and the strong value Kering places on “Empowering Imagination” and nurturing young talent.
